This speech won't be remembered on Thursday, much less July, that is why you say marketable lines as press bytes.
The President was void of those for some odd reason.
This was not a real marketable speech as it could have been.

I liked this speech.
I got to thinking while listening to Pres. Bush give this last night and I think about 20% of the speech was directed at a US audience while the other 80% was directed at an IRAQI audience.
If you go back and read it imagine that you are an Iraqi listening to the POTUS wondering what the plan is from the CINC of the forces you see everyday.

Here, you have people like us who support the mission and GWB. Then there are the leftists who nothing but utter defeat(of GWB, and if it brings the rest of the country down, so be it) will make them happy. So speaking to the Iraqis is the one thing that might actually help the situation.

ever since that fat toe sucker appeared on Fox last night, they have had a constant parade of "republican" pundits whinning about the speech, and then they bring on a democrat for balance....
GWB did great last night, and I am appalled by the covereage....biased as hell....
And as for Iraq being a collection point for terrorists....good, kill them in one place...
