I notice in The Smoking Gun's summary of the civil lawsuit filed by 9/11 survivors that Judge Baer decided that lawyers for the families "have shown, albeit barely...that Iraq provided material support to bin Laden and al-Qaeda" in the attack on the World Trade Center.
This is a far cry from his saying that, as HighWheeler did in large type, Iraq was behind the 9-11 attacks.
