Clinton appointed U.S. District Court judge Harold Baer has made a legal finding that Iraq was behind the 9-11 attacks. His ruling was upheld by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Well, it must be true then if a U.S. Judge ruled as such.
Guess there's no longer a need for commissions, investigators, even the FBI.
Just take it to court and the judge will tell you if it's true or false.
