Basic experience programmer should be about $50K, or around $40./hour with full bennies loading.

When these liers say that average programmer makes MORE than $60/h they present it as $120/hour cost. BTW, project manager is not an average programmer.

$50K is about $25/hr and probably less since most programmers don't work "only" 40 hrs/wk
