Well, that can only happen if W is reelected. And he may not be if if he loses states he shouldn't even have to campaign in...like Virginia.
While not a fait accompli, I see very few scenarios wherein Kerry can win...he's simply disqualified from being Commander-in-Chief due to his lying to Congress regarding phantom crimes by American soldiers in Viet Nam. Add that to his constant attempts to minimize Defense Spending in the Senate, and Americans will come to see him as unfit to lead.
