"Free shuttle bus service to Capitol Hill for Reagan mourners
Metro will run free shuttle buses from RFK Stadium to the U.S. Capitol overnight tonight (11:30 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday), to enable mourners to pay respects to former President Ronald Reagan, as his casket lies in state in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda. Mourners anticipating leaving the Capitol during the hours Metrorail is closed tonight (midnight - 5:30 a.m.), are advised to drive to Stadium Armory Metrorail station at 19th and East Capitol Streets, NE, park in adjacent RFK Stadium lot 3, and ride the shuttle to the Capitol. Shuttle bus passengers will be dropped off at 7th Street and Madison Drive on the National Mall. Pick-ups will be at First St. and Constitution Ave., NE. Note, U.S. Capitol Police policy is that no cameras, backpacks, bags or umbrellas may be carried into the Rotunda.
Metro service set for Friday, a federal and DC holiday in Reagan's honor

The public viewing goes on continuously until Friday morning. Capitol Police weren't giving out official crowd estimates. But visitors split into two columns as they entered the viewing area, filing around both sides of the casket in a process that roughly doubled the pace that enabled approximately 106,000 to view the president during a 33-hour period at the Reagan library in California."
