My friend and I were talking about cell phones last night, and he said "I got good reception by the railroad tracks last night when I had to call 911"
I asked "what did you have to call 911 for?"
he said there was a car parked by the tracks and the switchbox was open. He didn't see anyone, wasn't carrying, and didn't park and take a look himself, but he did call 911.
I just sent him this article. Man... maybe I should send it to the sherrifs?
Being paranoid sucks!
"Being paranoid sucks."
You're not kidding.
The night before JFK was assasinated, my mother woke up in tears because she had dreamed that JFK was killed. Fast forward a few years....
In about 1978, my mother starts mentioning how she's really worried whenever she sees the numbers 11:11 on the clock. Every time she sees it, she says, it's like a smack in the face. She told me several times how 11 11 makes her extremely uneasy... She's been saying it intermittantly now for 26 years. Needless to say, since 9/11 amd 3/11 I have come to fear the day 11/11.
Go ahead, have a nice laugh. I try to laugh it off as some sort of self-induced feminine hysteria. Which it probably is.
