Has a war ever been won by being politicaly correct? Was it PC to drop the big ones on Japan?

Yes of course. Don't you remenber...
During the Revolutionary War, our troops wore bright colored uniforms, marched is straight lines and never fired at opposing force commanders and followed the 'rules of war' - while the ENEMY, didn't wear uniforms, fought mostly in small groups, hid in the forest, fired from behind trees & bushes, shot at Generals and THEN ran away. They didn't follow the 'rules of war', those rats fought unconventionally!

Wait.... I'm sorry I have that backward. It was US who fought 'unconventionally'. Silly me.
