(It is rude not to ping someone to comments about them, got hollered at about such once myself by the Admin. I'm assuming that common sense states that one only should ping currently active FR handles, those that are banned [recently or otherwise] or inactive for quite some time do not apply to the rudeness rule.)
Dunno if it's merely a suspension.
