It's difficult to blast the media for always portraying the negative side of things when folks here soak it up like it's Gospel.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. My reference is to the factual, i.e., OBL still not caught, the prison BS, the missing WMD stockpiles, etc. Yes, I know that there are good responses to those issues, but my point it is, it would be nice to have everything fall in place for a change -- like scooping up al-Zarqawi right away instead of having to mount another OBL marathon search.
