Will they be tried in Iraq or will we ship them to Guantanamo Bay? Does anyone know how this will play out?
If they are al Qaeda or from a similar group, I would expect them to be taken out of the country, perhaps to Gitmo or to one of the other detention facilities that we most likely have for terrorists in some friendly country over there.
Well, sure no one knows. But expect a call from the Arab world to hand them over to a Muslim court.
