You're correct, I didn't. I'm relying upon my memory from being in that industry at the time. As I recall, Cain was president of Godfather's when it was owned by a major flour company (Pillsbury or General Mills).
He took it to the point of bankruptcy and then engineered an employee buyout, stripping it of most of it's assets to leverage the buyout.
Godfather's was one of the top national chains when Cain became its president and now it is almost nonexistent.
