Would the Supreme Court decision on the American with Disabilities Act apply to Terri? The courts (Judge Greer) wrongly ruled that she is in a "persistant vegative state" which we all know she is not. Since the courts ruled Terri is PVS, would the ADA laws apply to her? I pray that it does!

See 61. Link to the Supreme Court Decision. It covers "denying crucial public services". That's a very broad ruling.

READ DICK THORNBURG'S BRIEF.... This is exactly the life threatening dilemma Terri is in and she cannot crawl up courthouse steps and she doesn't have a voice (obviously) in the courthouse.
