The legal profession is big business. Nationwide it is a multi billion-dollar operation. Richard Matasar noted at one of the meetings of the Florida Supreme Court's Commission on Professionalism that the ideal lawyer of this day and age is not evaluated on the basis that he stands for the highest principles, but "currently, lawyers are evaluated for recognition on whether they are rainmakers, how many billable hours they produce and how much profit they bring a firm."
The legal profession the same as any other business champions causes for profit. "It is becoming harder these days to distinguish legal America from corporate America." says attorney Nathan Koppel in an article published by the National Law Journal on February 1, 2001.....'

A lot of people are still asking how all these things can be happening. Most Americans still think that their government is their friend. That couldn't be further from the truth, and it's time now for everyone to wake up. There has been a conspiracy against this country since its founding; (I could take it back to Rev. 12:17, almost 2,000 years ago and beyond, but not yet.) there's a whole lot that took place that wasn't written in our school books.

Most Americans still think that their government is their friend. That couldn't be further from the truth, and it's time now for everyone to wake up.
This so true, and it explains the domination of the political process by liberals in BOTH parties.
In order to smoke these tyrants out, and expose them for what they really are, more is need than condemnation of what one believes are the “craziest invented precedents” judges make.
These “precedent” setting decisions must be identified, analyzed and documented in such a manner as to establish, beyond any doubt, they represent the personal whims and fancies of the judge or judges who have created them, and, that these precedent setting decisions are not within the meaning of our constitution or permissible under the rules which govern our constitutional system. This is our job as a freedom loving people.
I then went on to provide links and carefully document how Judge Baird fraudulently relied upon Article 1, Section 23 of Florida’s Constitution to strike Terri’s Law down, and also provided the actual intent of the people as they contemplated the amendment when they adopted it and which had nothing to do with the “privacy” Judge Baird claims the amendment protects.
Having taken so much time to document the tyranny of the court, I now see the thread has gone adrift and the focus is no longer upon the process by which Baird, Greer and Michael are attempting to starve Terri to death, and how that process violates our constitutional system and, Terri’s constitutional guarantees.
This troubles me because as I said, it is our job as a freedom loving people, to identify, analyze and document exactly how our judges are subjugating our constitutional system and imposing their personal whims and fancies upon us. I know it takes time and effort to study these judge’s written opinions, and then expose how their opinions are contrary to our constitutional system, but in this case, I have done the ground work, and was hoping others would build upon it. Hopefully the focus can be returned to the actual constitutional issues involved in Judge Baird’s decision striking Terri’s Law down. His opinion needs to be taken apart, sentence by sentence and his lies exposed!
EXAMPLE
On May 6th, 2004, Judge W. Douglas Baird ruled Terri’s Law is unconstitutional. Baird wrote in his decision that "by substituting the personal judgment of the governor for that of the patient, the act deprives every individual who is subject to its terms of his or her constitutionally guaranteed right to the privacy of his or her own medical decisions."
NOTE: Terri’s case is not about making a “medical decision”, it is about making a decision to starve a person to death…Felos, Greer and Baird intentionally hide their agenda in carefully chosen words.
Bush’s call for a jury to evaluate the testimony alleging what Terri’s wishes are seems to totally refute Baird’s reasoning in his decision! Baird’s reasoning is, that our Honorable Governor wants to substitute his personal wishes for that of Terri’s and interfere with her “privacy“.
In fact, for Baird to make such a claim after our Honorable Governor Bush has called for the matter to be placed before a jury, and have a jury evaluate the flimsy evidence alleging Terri’s wish is to be starved to death, shows Baird is lying by accusing Governor Bush of wanting to substitute his personal wishes for that of Terri’s!
The truth is, no one knows what Terri’s wishes are and Judge Greer improperly acted as judge and jury in declaring what Terri‘s wishes are, and, unless Baird has communicated with Terri, his reasoning in his decision is based upon his personal beliefs as to what Terri’s wishes are, and which he, not Bush, wants to substitute for that of Terri’s …exactly what he has accused our Governor of wanting to do. Terry has not been afforded due process in that her right to the protection of a jury has been waived without her knowing and willing consent.
