Yep, sure gives me the impression that someone has or soon will be arriving here to meet up with his "followers". I interpret the other message as saying that they want to get maximum media coverage of whatever "event" they will soon be initiating.

If you google YATRA there are a handful of travel agencies (mainly from India) with Yatra in the business name. There also seems to be a pilgrimage (I think) with the name Yatra; it seemed significant for the Sikhs. There was also this which I think was,again, a pilgrimage with specific dates (source linked below):

I get the impression from this that they have people working in areas of those networks that can make sure this gets recorded properly for them. Is this what you read of it?
Someone looked up Yatra, and I checked on the work Siconwa, but it seems to have only 2 references, though I couldn't really tell what the word means.
