I was biking Monday in Akron. took roads into city & beyond..& then decided to take RR - side roads back. On one stretch found a "device" hooked up to tracks. I photographed it , called 911 , & in few minutes a CSX road crew arrived (not cops).. checked it out & told me it was okay. I do a lot around trains (like them) & have never seen anything like this. It was a box, wired to the tracks. etc. oh well, maybe I am paranoid afterall
