If it is later proven tips to the FBI were ignored that later show were relevant to a terrorist attack, that agency will be toast (possibly in more ways than one). The agencies recent past failures are indicative radical change must be implemented NOW, if they haven't already been made. Response to current threats must be addressed immediately.
