I see the reference to phosphine, not phosgene.

My poster also said a reporter 150 meters away from the bus became ill - but I suppose this could have been a hysterical reaction.

Here is the latest that Brian4 has to say about the Vancouver bus incident (reacting to the official statement that no hazardous materials were involved)...

Sleddy that is the way they are trying to paint it BUT- a Vancouver Sun reporter who was behind Police lines 150 yards downwind from the Bus felt an itching sensation and then her face swelled and she keeled over face first into the sidewalk, woke up in the hospital in great discomfort was quarantined and released two days later without a clue of what happened to her and no explanation given. Tonite they say 13 agencies are investigating-mass hysteria my ASS!
