Surinam(e)
It was a colony of the Dutch. As a former colony of the Dutch, there is open immigration between another former Dutch colony, Indonesia, the most populous islamic country. Bali is part of Indonesia.
Surinam is also a "probationary" member of the Organization of islamic States, about to become the 57th member state.
Surinam is tucked into the north of Venezuela within 1000 miles of Florida and many anti-US regimes in between.
