As I said, it could have a different meaning.

There are several different words in Arabic that can be translated as "Wings" - I have also seen Ajeeb translate the same phrase as "Winds".

A more accurate translation would be the some sort of very fast "Action" or "Operation". For some reason the phrase in the original Arabic brings to mind Pegasus, the winged horse in Hercules. You'll hear the term used often in reference to Arabian horses running in the desert, like the "wind on their wings".

I don't know if that makes sense or not.

Brings to my foggy mind that bit about the horse trailer down in southern Florida but I don't remember all the details.
