First airport problem was here......(reported to me by ATC center person as "What I found out from the watch supervisor was that there was some sort of system breakdown at Houston Center for a while causing their airspace to go into "ATC ZERO" mode. ATC ZERO is when they clear the airspace like they did during 9/11 only this was for just Houston Center's airspace.")

FAA computer problem: Houston, regional flight delays
(Houston-AP) -- Flights in parts of three states, including Louisiana, were delayed today due to a software problem with a Federal Aviation Administration computer in Houston.
The trouble at an F-A-A center stopped all flights leaving or arriving at airports across South Texas and parts of Louisiana and New Mexico for about one hour.
FAA spokesman Roland Herwig says some new software failed, so the agency went back to the old software.
Herwig says in the process, the system had to be shut down for just under half-an hour. Flights resumed by mid-morning.

News report....
Denver, CO, May. 20 (UPI) -- A mysterious and crippling radar failure at the Denver International Airport has been repaired, KUSA-TV, Denver, reported Thursday.
The malfunction shut down the airport for about an hour Wednesday evening, and some 15 flights were diverted to either the Fort Collins/Loveland or Colorado Springs airports.
