Attempting to get into a military base with bad ID, explosives in truck sometime in the past, illegally in country, second time this has happened.....that's enough right there

And that's exactly why agencies like the FBI and CIA have lost their shiny reputations. Whoever is setting their guidelines for releasing terrorists needs a sharp loud tap on their desk because they have forgotten about the reason for the very existance of these agencies. How can we respect agencies that release people who endanger our lives so that they can come back and try to attempt their subversive activities again? Credibility has been lost and confidence in their ability is greatly diminished (In desperation, possibly they need to watch some James Bond movies to obtain motivation that the bad guys really ARE dangerous and need to be eliminated). Is it my imagination or does it appear at times they have no relationship whatsoever with Homeland Security? At the moment I'm thinking back to those foreign people caught videotaping refineries (on their vacation????) and released a month or two ago.

Is anyone keeping count of the "rental trucks" that turn up
with "residue" on the truck????

It seems almost as if that is all they are rented for, even tho the current driver may not be guilty, someone is.

I would assume that they were rented with stolen ID's and stolen credit cards, that could be an interesting search, to
find the number of stolen credit cards used to rent trucks and vans.

When we hauled the dynamite for our mining, the men went out and made the legal signs and went after it, some 200 or miles away, in his own pickup. Of course that was in the
1970's.

Whoever is setting their guidelines for releasing terrorists

I'm no Patriot Act expert, but it seems the lawyers fouled up another one. Rather than making additional activities illegal, and thus giving the police more tools with which to arrest the bad guys, they have instead only made it easier to eavesdrop, search, confiscate...what good are these things if the activities ONLY associated with bad guys are still legal [filming nuclear power plants, etc!]!!??

They have stripped more of our rights, in return for ...what?? They're still letting all the bad guys go [Gitmo, Iraqi prison, would-be terrorists in the US] so how did the Patriot Act help us????

WHAT is WRONG with this picture???????!!!

We don't need no stinking experts! We have brains! And the lawyers [our alleged "representatives"...BWAHAHAHA!] are our worst enemy, right up there with the press and the commies and the NWO folks.

/ rant...but a good rant :)
