Idaho judge refuses to drop charges in terrorism case

BOISE, Idaho -- Any hopes defense attorneys had of short-circuiting the government's terrorism case against University of Idaho graduate student Sami Omar Al-Hussayen were dashed Friday when a federal judge said prosecutors had provided enough evidence to reasonable support the charges.

This is a newsday article. So it's just an excerpt.

Idaho judge refuses to drop charges in terrorism case

Didn't this judge get the memo about not prosecuting terrorists that other judges seem to have received? Seriously, kudos to this judge for doing his job and I hope he is re-elected. We need more elected officials who we can count on to protect all citizens, and not just special interest groups or zealously protecting terrorist's rights over the rights of American citizens.
