Two faucets located two feet above the ground enable the drivers to conduct ritual cleansing, including washing of the feet, before they pray.
They are part of washroom facilities in a fenced-off parking lot on the west side of the airport where taxi drivers wait to be called forward to the terminals for fares.

WHAT THE H#(( IS THIS? Take away our Ten Commandments, prayer in schools, all references to God, but grant the Muslims special accommodations to meet THEIR religious needs? Something stinks about this! What's good for one is good for all. Sky Harbor Airport is obviously blatantly discriminating against Christians from the looks of this information.
