Later, the man gave information during an interview that prompted the second stop of the bus and a search of passenger baggage, according to the report.
From the Denton Record Chronicle:
"Later, the man said during an interview with officers that he had left a bomb among luggage, prompting the second stop of the bus and a search, said Martha Elizondo of the DPS office in Pecos."

I don't get it, did they let this guy back on the bus? What do they mean that they tried to get the bus to stop, but were unsuccessful??
