How many more foreigners with dubious backgrounds [amoral], no honor to the US, terror religions and communicable mega-diseases [TB, AIDS etc et al] are we going to allow to do us harm before we close the borders and expel the ones already here?
No one tracking expired visas apparently. Too bad we can't employ people to locate them and get them escorted out of the country. It is another Homeland Security issue that is falling through the cracks.
