Whereas, AB kindly posts this thread like clockwork every Sunday. It's become a bit of a tradition for we news junkies, so it is "his" thread.
And I'm sorry to ruffle your feathers, McGruff. Jim Rob, obviously, owns Free Republic, not me! Anyway, I'd still like Drudge to put our link back. If you remember back when Lucianne Goldberg left us (to start her own site!), Drudge pulled our link and added hers. She used SOME FReepers dissing Drudge as a reason to pull out, but her site was in the making for several months while she was still the popular draw here.
Was it just me or did it seem like Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday seemed like he was hosting DNC Sunday?
Both Powell and Levin sounded so dimocrat. All Wallace could approach, it seemed, was the prison stuff. Nothing about the horrible beheading of Nick Berg....unless I dozed off.
The only thing worth watching was Brit on the panel telling off Juan. It's almost laughable.....I think Brit has a real problem with Juan.
And then the Kennedy Center guy -- yucky session.
I hope they (FNS) gets flooded with emails asking if Chris Wallace was being paid by the DNC for this Sunday's show!!!!
**Surely they'll gleefully discuss this, too?**
Wallace got his digs in here too!
**I tried to watch them this morning. Really, I did.**
So did I, but I finally flipped to HGTV. Believe me it was better than Wallace dimocrat Sunday.
Looks like the repubs need a reminder that we're out here and backing them up - if they would just DO SOMETHING!!
But .. while Newsweak and Zogby are spewing their delightful 42% job approval for the President, Rasmussen is saying Bush's job approval is 51%.
Not that I think Newsweak and/or Zogby are fudging their numbers or anything ............??
In case you haven't heard .. Pentagon denies it!
"Who's the Boss" is the name of the show. I love it.
We need a few Senators to change positions with people in the real world and see if it changes them from an idiot to a real person.
Today was some big hotel chain guy from NYC went to work in one of his hotels. It changed his whole perspective of how hard a housekeeper or cook or other staff members work. He went back to his home office and told all his top brass he was instigating this "changing jobs" plan for all his upper management people.
That's what I've been thinking about this McCain deal. Here the dems are whining and bashing Bush and any other repub, and then they want a repub to be their VP. I think it's hysterical that the dems NEED A REPUB to make Kerry a viable candidate!! ROTFLOL!!
I caught that interview .. and she said she was stunned at seeing the Niteline pictures of those killed in Iraq .. and so many of them were women.
yes...
and rightly so.
What we have up on the Hill are mostly former Lawyers ... I think it would do them good to spend a day or two doing the militaries job
It would be a HUGE wake up call for them
