The only reason that Peter Jennings aired the facts that Bush WASN't awol was that he has it in for Kerry, because he is more of a prima donna Kerry, and was putting Kerry in his place for daring to lie to Peet-tah Jennings, the Canadian.
Thanks for keeping hope alive. I didn't expect to get the reaction the thread recieved. More than a few had me LOL. I believe folks on the right should keep up with house organs like the NY Times and WaPo, just to know what these folks are writing. If you're familiar with my posting of articles, then you should know I post more articles from the "right" side of things.
Having been former enlisted, I don't want to see all punishment born by enlisted troops when officers may be culpable. At the same time I believe captured terrorists have less rights than my dog, if that much.
Oh, I disagree with you. Rather's decision to publish the photos was total treason. Brokaw is the only one left with a modicum of patriotism. Rather and Jennings are tied in my book as the biggest anti-american slimeballs.
