Because the nice lady at the Professional Services office told me so.It's amazing what one has to do to start a landscaping business here.I told her the business name I intended to use.She in turn looked it up and said there was already a company by that name registered(licensed).She then told me she would set it up in my name as a D.B.A.So,if they were to actually need a reason to look up my business name,it wouldn't show,but if they look up my name,it will show up with me being listed first and the DBA afterward.
There's always a way around these things when the state see's revenue.:)
