Zoroastrians believe in one God - Ahura-Mazda - translated it means "Divine Wisdom". They believe in the existence of another evil being Ahriman - very similar to the Christian concept of Satan.

Some Zoroastrians believe the struggle between good and evil is the result of the struggle between Ahura-Mazda and Ahriman for men's souls. Other Zoroastrians believe that the struggle between Good and Evil occurs within each one of us.
