My husband just retired from the military, 12 days ago. I get a little different perspective on things as I get to see how this particular military man views things.

You are correct that the war is here now. It isn't just public yet. Hopefully it can be ended on their ground before it becomes active on ours. For my son, that is my hopes and prayers.

A huge THANK YOU to your husband for his service. I grew up in a military family. Since then, I love it when I'm able to live in military communities (which Austin is not). My hopes & prayers are the same.
