Why is it OK for Bill to try and stick to Bush (43) every chance he gets when Bush (41) remained silent about him?

No worries. Every time Clinton opens his yap, he reminds the country of the difference between himself and a leader. It only helps Bush when Clinton talks.

Funny thing, that. There's always been a convention that ex-presidents keep shut up about their successors. Clinton, on the other hand, has made himself the Second-Guesser In Chief. Even the comically inept Jimmy Carter occasionally gets into the act.

That convention - letting the next guy get on with it in peace - is a classy custom. Seems like the Rats have decided to eschew class for political advantage.

Clinton has set another precedent: he's the first man ever to be unfit to be ex-president.
