Your map left two important centers out; in fact, the two largest Islamic Fundamentalist centers outside of the Arab World. North Vancouver, BC and Windsor, ON...very large, very visible and very unmonitored thanks to our wonderful neighbors up north...which the sorry SOB disgracing Churchill's good name is so fond of.
