I did not hear his remaks (muted TV) but saw his supercilious look while he was speaking, and looked to see his name and affiliation.

He was identified with the [paraphrase] Center for American Progress - I'm not sure of the exact words, but recall that some group with the initials CAP is one of the groups set up by the Clintons and their cronies to 'counter' the influence of conservative think tanks!!!!
