After reading a statement, the men were seen pulling the man to his side and putting a large knife to his neck. A scream sounded as the men cut his head off, shouting "Allahu Akbar!" -- "God is great." They then held the head out before the camera.

It has just been confirmed that this is the same body found on the overpass in Iraq per Linda Vester, Fox News. State Dept. is confirming his murder by Islamic radicals. Fox News is working on the website to get further information on it.
