Replays of last night's FOX programs are on right now. Newt was on with Tony Snow and said, "Clearly, there is a failure of the Chain of Command." And, "Someone in Baghdad failed to do their job."

If she is part of a Criminal Investigation, why would they let her go on all those shows? I don't get it. The SecArmy and Army Chief of Staff have the muscle to tell her to shut up.
