prayers going up for you... my best friend is from Ghana. Her mom still lives there too.

Our church has a church and bible college in Ghana...southern Ghana. Last time a team went there, their driver, a muslim, accepted Christ! What area are you going to? The northern area is more muslim...am I correct in that?

Where in Ghana are you going? My son has been serving in the Peace Corps there for the last 2 years.

I am going to Accra, the capital.

The head of the Mission that my church supports is going to retire in the next several years. He has picked a Ghanaian to take over the Mission and we are going to help install electricity to his new home. :)

As to Muslims..yes, from what I have heard there are Muslims there, but Ghana is mostly a Christian nation. Again,from what I have heard.

..and to think, Nigeria is only 3 countries to the east of Ghana. :(

That is why I am asking for prayers for safety for the team and for the Mission. :)

Thank you Father for these two individuals and the mission as a whole. Thank you for their obedience and sacrifice. Thank you Father that your word says that they are to first seek the Kingdom of God and Your righteousness and that the steps of a righteous man are ordered by you Lord. Thank you that both of these Brothers have acquiesced to your direction and are led by your holy spirit.

Thank you for safety to and from all of their destinations. Your word says that they are blessed coming in and blessed going out. Satan I bind you and every demonic cohort you have in submission to you. I bind the Prince of the power of the air over Ghana away from them. Every angle of attack, every scheme of maneuver you would use against them I cover by the fire of God's word and His anointing. I bind every spirit of iniquity and pride. The Lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life are bound away from them and those they deal with. Every spirit of accident, death, destruction, calamity, hurt and harm. Every spirit of kidnapping, witchcraft and manipulation, every controlling spirit is bound away from them and their assignments.

Thank you Father for your Grace & Mercy resting with them both. Thank you that you give them favor with all whome they will come in contact with, all who hear their names spoken, their voices heard or see their faces. Thank you for Good success and for your Word going forth into Ghana.

Thank you for your anointing covering over every aspect of ministry they will be engaged in. That your anointing will break yokes of bondage that attempt to hold people against your Word.

Praise you Father, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. You alone are worthy. To you be all the honor and glory forever and ever...

They are probably Muslim Missionaries. I've never seen a foreign Christian missionary. I've heard rumors, but then, I heard rumors about American stones being shipped to Israel for the new temple.
