The first part of her mother's comment is correct. One of the Generals just said that people from other areas of the prison, not authorized to be at Cell Block 1, were in the photos. Apparently the whole command was terrible - sounds like the Clinton White House - no saluting, no uniforms, no respect for the job they were supposed to be doing.

I tend to think that the MP command will be reamed out, and bring in some honorable people who will balance between doing what they need to do, and what they can do.
