The general and a Colonel, plus a major are in the command chain. They have not yet been charged on this.
There also should be a E-6 or 7 in the mix as well.
They are treated in a different track as they are officers, both non-com and general exec.
They will be charged within the next few weeks, is my guess.
That is the way the UCMJ works.
I am thinking that 4-6 enlisted(did the deed) and 4-5 officers(chain of command) will all be charged and courts martialed before this is all over.
The woman general will indeed get hers. But, this won't happen all together.
