Well, now I'm stunned. I figured that poll would be spiked so hard that it would be the end of time before it ever again saw the light of day. Still, good news. I don't normally take too much from these media polls, but when they're this lop-sided it's telling you something in spite of the flaws in methodolgy and the "pushing."

I just surfed over to MSNBC briefly and was about to leave when Joe Scarborough showed up.

He thinks Rumsfeld showed admirable restraint in the face of these Senators "beating their chests in self-righteous indignation" when they DID have the information.

Now he's slamming HRC for her points--Joe says he guarantees you that if the Pentagon had come out with pictures and such publicly and destroyed the rights of those facing trial then THAT would have been the point of attack.

He said Republicans did this complaining as well as dems as to "why didn't you publicize these earlier". Joe said the basic info was there.

They just played clip of Kennedy saying Rumsfeld should step down...zzzzzzzzzzzzz Joe blows that off and says until Graham or Chambliss or even McCain calls for it nevermind that business.
