I would not call that a good thing. These soldiers did untold damage to their fellow soldiers and to troop morale. They need to be punished severely.

I wouldn't think that would be a good thing at all. They committed more wrong against this country than common criminals who serve time. But I guess as long as they have already been discharged, never again serve in authority over anyone, and never are seen in public again, I'd be happy.
