Why, they in fact do. Rode on it last summer. I haven't ridden on a lot of LR systems, but this one seemed to be fairly extensive, i.e. you could get around the city fairly well and it was extensively used by the population.

I hope people read these articles and remind themselves what it is we--and the people in Iraq and Afghanistan--are up against. We don't have to condone what happened in the Iraqi prison, but we also need to consider that we're all living in extraordinary circumstances--even more so over there.
