I don't know anything,...., but this just doesn't seem to pass the smell test, he is obviously a practicing attorney in Portland,,, why would he go to Spain and lay his hand on a bag used to transport explosives?

Yup, could be anything. I will suggest that we all keep our eyes on our own local news about busts/arrests...they could be related to this case and not necessarly publically linked.

Since they searched the mosque he attended perhaps he provided the bag to someone (at the mosque) going to Spain and that is how his fingerprints were on it.

Doesn't mean he actually went to Spain...but does clearly show a DIRECT LINK to the bombing. I would assume he had contact with someone who went to Spain. If so, we have work to do here in Portland. Also, it is my opinion that the FBI is paying lots of attention to ALL cities, such as Portland, that have decided not to follow the Patriot Act. These cities apparently are willing to prevent in any way possible access to locals who may not have the best interests of the USA as their top priority.

It didn't enter my head he left the country. I assume the bag left from here and ended up there. Not that HE went with it. That's how it first hit me. Maybe it will turn out he went with the bag...
