Wow. Looks like a tricky navigation problem, there seem to be flat, tilted rock surfaces covered in sand which the rover could easily slip-slide on.

The sand dunes at the bottom of the crater are just beautiful.

Here's a panorama link to a number of shots of the crater and its slopes, etc.

Looks like it has a few spots to check out .. should be fun.
