Cast your memory back to 2000. There were lots of Freepers who could not imagine GWB in the White House. They liked Buchanan or Keyes, and saw little appealing in W. I believe they must still feel the same way. I see courage, strength, humility and cleverness all together in the person of our President.
He continues to sail past all the flac the media and the Dems throw at him. I don't worry about the wailing Freepers.

Although I'm not too fond of that type of humor, you're entirely correct. I just can't see what it is about Bush's statement that warrants the type of vitriol I'm seeing.
