The paper makes a reasonable case for variations within a specie, It falls far short of explaining specie to new specie transition.

Remember the favorite amongst evolutionists where "If you place enough monkeys at typewriters, they will eventually produce a meaningfull result"?. What they omit is the fact that at least every other keystroke kills a monkey, you end up with a pile of dead monkeys.

Where are the piles of non viable specie to specie mutations in the fossil record?. Nowhere to be found.
