Really?
I am assuming you need prior permission to visit one of their harbors.
The ticks are really bad around here this year.

You don't need permission to drop anchor in Hadley Harbor. They don't want you going ashore but there is nothing they can do about boats sailing around the island. There is another spot on the island that is pretty but I can't remember its name. If you do get a chance to sail around there be sure to stop at Cuttyhunk. It's in the Elizabeth Island chain. Bring your own wine to have with the fresh swordfish you can buy from the local fishermen.God's place.BTW judging from your homepage you must live near/in Cambridge. It seems every third person there is a Forbes. They're all over the place.Befriend one of them and you might get an invite to Naushon. Bring Deet.

I am assuming you need prior permission to visit one of their harbors. Not if your anchoring. Property rights don't extend past the waters edge.
