Exactly, and just last week. There were two of'em pedaling abreast leisurely along the road. By abreast, the outer guy took the entire traffic lane, leaving the marked bike lane for just his buddy. He apparently felt it was his right to toodle along at 7 mph and impede traffic, since he had absolutely no intention of merging over until I got on his ass and blew the horn.
