"Murder should not be a states' rights issue, whether you are 30 or a pre-born child. New York State had legalized abortion before Roe vs. Wade."
Please point me to that section of the US Constitution that authorizes the Federal government to be involved in a murder case, no matter the age of the victim. No penumbras. No allusions. Show me the enumberated power that deals with murder.

The Federal Goverment has such criminal jurisdiction in Federal Districts, Territories and administered areas -- such as territory captured in war. Beyond that -- we agree the Federal Juggernaut has crushed many a good right and power of a State under its flower-bedecked wheels.
In the business of throwing off idolatry, it's useful to read up on the old Juggernaut and the willing, popular and clebrated child sacrifice it represented.

Please point to the part of the constitution that states robbing a bank is wrong, or terrorism? If they are not in the constitution, then by your logic they should be allowed, as long as the states want them.
Not many people know more about the constitution than the Constitution Party. Did you know that the Constitution Party is STRONGLY pro-life?

(Slavery was justifed by claiming the victims were not people; abortion is justified that way today.)
