Did anyone notice what uniform this Iraqi General was wearing today when he showed up in Fallujah?
He had the old Iraqi Army uniform on with the old shoulder boards.
There is a meesage in the choice of uniform...
What other uniform would you expect? There is another pre-Saddam one still in existence which anyone would recognize? If the idea of Iraqifying means anything you have to make that fact immediately recognizable.
